Cause Remedy
Faulty external feedback of the brake status to the brake
control.
• Check brake configuration with regard to the control
selection in C02580
.
• Check setting for status input monitoring in C02583
.
When monitoring is active, the input bBrakeApplied
must be triggered correctly (bBrakeApplied =
bBrakeReleased).
• Check voltage supply of the brake module.

The positive software limit position parameterised in

has been overtravelled.
• Position within the software limit positions.
• Increase permissible traversing range (change setting
of the software limit positions).
• Deactivate monitoring of the software limit positions
by the basic function "Limiter".
