9.11.4.3 Process when brake is closed
The following process occurs if the enable of the requested basic function for traversing
the drive is deactivated again:
1. The drive is braked to standstill via the basic function "Standard stop
", or also via the
basic function "Quick stop
".
2. When speed setpoint and actual speed value have fallen below the speed threshold set
in C02581
:
– The output BRK_bReleaseBrakeOut is set to FALSE for opening the brake.
– The current torque is saved to be used for the feedforward control for the next start,
if required.
– Monitoring of the brake module is deactivated temporarily.
– Monitoring of the status input is deactivated temporarily (if switched active via
C02583
).
– The lapse of brake closing time starts.
3. After the brake closing time has elapsed and the corresponding status change of the
status signal:
– The output BRK_bBrakeReleased is reset to FALSE.
– The controller inhibit is activated.
4. After the additional waiting time set for the status monitoring in C02591
has elapsed:
– Monitoring of the brake module is active again.
– Monitoring of the status input is active again (if switched active via C02583
).
– Standstill monitoring is activated.Standstill monitoring
