3.17 Parameterisable additional functions

3.17.1 Undervoltage recognition of the DC link

C03001

serves to parameterise an undervoltage recognition of the DC link. For this, the DC

link voltage measured by the motor interface is compared to the voltage limit set in

C03001

 If the DC link voltage falls below the voltage limit, the

– error response (Lenze setting: "Quick stop by trouble") set in C05902/1 is triggered

and the "DC-bus undervoltage" error response is entered into the logbook when the

controller is enabled (module ID: 999, error ID: 8001).

– no error response if the controller is inhibited.

 The voltage threshold can be parameterised in C03001

in the range 0.00 ... 100.00%

(100% ≡ 1000V).

 If C03001

= 0% is set (Lenze setting), the undervoltage recognition is deactivated.

Example:

The voltage threshold is set to 51.10% in C03001

If the DC link voltage falls below the value of 511V, the error response set in C05902/1

(Lenze setting: "quick stop by trouble") is carried out if the controller is enabled.

3.17.2 Connection between limiter and safety module

The connection between the "limiter" basic function and the safety module is useful for a

single drive. In a safety case, the drive will autonomously be turned into a "safe state".

However, problems can occur in a drive system if single axes carry out independent motion

sequences which are not initiated by the control.

C03002

serves to parameterise if the connection between "limiter" basic function and the

safety module should be opened or closed (Lenze setting).
