7.3.1 Inputs_DFIN (encoder input of extension board 3)
This SB can convert and normalise a pulse current at the encoder input X3 of the extension board
3 into a speed value.
The transmission is very precise without offset and gain errors.
In addition, this SB provides the angle correction value DFIN_dnIncLastScan_p which is
required within the calling task for the angle processing in touch probe processes.
