Setting sequence:
1. Switch on the power supply for the terminal extension.
2. Set the DIP switch 12 to ON (programming mode).
– LED "ERROR module" is flashing and LED "operation" is off.
3. Configure the terminals I/O1 ... I/O8 using the DIP switches 1 ... 8.
– For the DIP switch states see table above.
4. Set the DIP switch 12 to OFF (operating mode).
– The configuration of the inputs/outputs is completed.
5. Switch off the power supply for the terminal extension.
– The programming mode is quit only after the power supply has been
switched off.
