5 Installation check

After completing the installation, check ...

ƒ The wiring for completeness, short circuit and earth fault.

ƒ The power connection:

– Mains connection via terminals L1, L2, L3 (X21)

– Connection of RFI filter / mains choke

– Connection of brake resistor (internal/external) via terminals BR0, BR1

– Polarity of the DC−bus voltage supply via terminals +U

ƒ Control connection (X6):

– Supply of 24 V supply, GND

– Thermal detector contact of external brake resistor or bridge if internal

brake resistor is used at terminals T1, T2.

– Wiring adjusted to the signal assignment of the control terminals.

ƒ Communication via system bus (CAN).
