Archiving and restoring Compact Flash cards (CF cards)

4.1.3 Unarchive

The Unarchive tab serves to select an archive or to create a new archive. The contents of

the folder are then written to the CF card selected.

 How to copy the contents from an archive directory of the hard disk to a CF card:

1. Select the corresponding CF card from the

Select your Compact Flash card selection field.

2. Go to the Select the backup directory that you want to restore input field and

select a directory which has been created by a CF card.

• The button serves to search for a folder.

3. Press Start.

• A progress bar appears.

 Note!

To ensure an error-free backup and restore, only use CF cards made by the

company swissbit®.

The CF card to be restored is formatted and made bootable. This deletes all data

available on the CF card!
